OUR THERAPISTS:
Our massage therapists are licensed by the State Medical Board of Ohio and are experienced therapists. Our goal is to provide our clients with the best possible care and treatment plan to fit their individual situation, whether that is pain relief or stress/tension reduction. Every massage therapist has a different massage therapy style as well as a variety of techniques to offer our clients based on their individual training and experiences. You are not required to reschedule with the same therapist if you find that your personalities don’t mesh, you feel uncomfortable for any reason, or you would like to try a different therapist based on pressure, desires or different techniques. We are more than happy to help you achieve your optimal health so you can function without pain and with less stress in your everyday life.
James Korkan
LMT
James graduated from TRI-C with a proficiency in massage therapy in 2017 and has been licensed since 2023. Interestingly, he also obtained a bachelor's degree in psychology in 2022 at Kent State University. He gives a great deep pressure massage, but also can accommodate a medium to light pressure massage as well. He comes to us from a spa in Strongsville. In James' free time, he enjoys spending time with his fiancé and their pets Luna and Missile. James also volunteers for the Hudson Jaycees.
Melanie Ayers
LMT
Melanie graduated from Artesia School of Massage Therapy in New Mexico in 2018, and has been licensed since 2019. She gives a wonderful massage. She is experienced in firm pressure and different therapeutic and stress relieving techniques. Melanie also worked as a preschool teacher, office manager, and as a nurse's aid before becoming a massage therapist. In Melanie's free time, she enjoys hiking, trail riding, watching movies and spending time with her children.
Malena Cody
LMT
Malena recently graduated from Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage and has been licensed since 2025. She gives a wonderful relaxing massage also combining therapeutic techniques into her massages specializing in medium to firm pressure. Malena is a great therapist still growing and gaining experience with her recent licensure knowledge. Malena also has customer service experience which helps her to understand the client and their needs. In her free time Malena likes to paint, is an avid reader, and enjoys spending time with her 4-year old son.
Lisa Holbrook
LMT, Owner
Lisa graduated from the National Institute of Massotherapy and has been licensed since January 2009. She worked full-time for Summa Hospice from 2012 to 2021, where she helped patients with pain management, relaxation, edema (swelling), anxiety, and also increased comfort in their final days and hours. Lisa is certified in prenatal massage as well. Lisa is no longer taking new clients at this time. Her schedule and customer base is at full capacity at this time. If this changes in the future, we will update this information to open her schedule again. She is also the only one certified to offer prenatal massages. If you need a prenatal massage for pain relief, please call the office and we will let you know if she can accommodate you based on her current schedule.
