We provide different options so that if your time is limited, you can still receive the care you need. Some clients like to schedule a lunch break or only have a certain amount of time for their appointment before they must pick up their children, etc. You can also select an add-on which adds 15 minutes to a 30 or 60 minute massage. (To view the add-ons, go back to home page and select add-ons under “our services”). We hope this helps provide you with the best care. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time, and 10 minutes before if you are a new client so that you will receive the full appointment time you selected.

All massages are customized to your needs when you arrive. Please discuss your concerns with the massage therapist on the day of your appointment. All massages will include a hot towel placed on your back to loosen muscles and increase comfort. BioFreeze will also be offered to problem areas at the end of the massage. We add these as complimentary because we feel it is effective in treating your pain. You can always request not to use these options, just let your therapist know during your appointment.
